Boat Dock

The Nithsdale and West Nithsdale Communities share a boat dock facility located on the Wicomico River in Nithsdale. It consists of a gated parking area with a boat ramp and pier. The parking area is lighted and the entrance has an automatic gate. Key Fobs for opening the gate can be obtained from any board member of the West Nithsdale Homeowners Association. A $20.00 deposit is required which is refundable upon return of the key fob. The boat dock facility is a shallow water port which is mainly usable by small craft on medium to high tide. It is an excellent location for canoe and kayak entry. 

Playground
West Nithsdale has a fenced playground located on King Stuart Drive. It has swings, slides, and climbing/ jungle gym type apparatus. It also has a large shade tree with a picnic table and park type benches. A large pond is also on location and is used by our novice anglers.

Tennis Courts
Tennis courts are located next to the playground on King Stuart Drive. The facility has two courts and a containment fence. It is restricted to daylight use. Other restrictions include no bikes, scooters, or skate boards to prevent damage to the court surface. All homeowners are requested to enforce these restrictions.
